- Chicken breast fillet1 kg
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Basil leaves10 to taste
- Cut the chicken into steak. Season to taste. I used salt, lemon, parsley, thyme. (Reserve)
- Cut the tomato into slices.
- Fry the chicken steaks on both sides. Leave on low heat. Spread the tomatoes, the slices of mozzarella. Cover and wait for the cheese to melt with the heat off.
- Lastly, the basil leaves. Ready to serve.
