- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken cubes until golden.
- Add the onion, garlic, salt and curry and sauté until well cooked with the pan semi covered.
- Add the coconut milk, mix and cook for another 15 minutes until it thickens a little.
