- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Water4 cup
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan with hot water, place the chicken breast, salt and pepper. let it cook
- Shred the chicken and set aside
- In another pan, brown the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the tomato and mix well
- Add the shredded chicken and mix. let it thicken
- Dissolve the cornstarch and add to the pan. Shake well
- Add the cream and mix thoroughly
- Serve :)
