- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Green Smell50 g
- Milk Cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan60 g
- Salt, Oregano, Olive Oil and Chimichurri to taste
- In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the diced onion and crushed garlic to brown. Then add the shredded chicken to brown.
- Add the tomato cut into cubes, the corn and the pea to sauté. Always mix. Lastly put the milk cream and green smell and mix well. Turn off the fire.
- Place in a refractory and sprinkle with the grated parmesan, take to gratin for 10 minutes before serving.
