- Shredded chicken400 g
- Wheat flour500 g
- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Milk (whole)100 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Tomato extract150 g
- Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
- Dough Preparation
- In a bowl, beat all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Reserve in the fridge for 60 minutes
- Filling Preparation
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in margarine.
- Add the shredded chicken and tomato paste.
- Add 100ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Add the curd and stir until it thickens
