  • Salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, chives, garlic to taste
  • Oil800 ml
  • Egg02 unit(s)
  • Water01 cup
  1. Put the cooked chicken in the food processor
  2. Fry the garlic, paprika, black pepper, add the processed meat, the water cook for 5 minutes, add the rest of the seasonings and the breadcrumbs, mix well, finally 1 whole egg, mix quickly, remove from the heat and wait cool down.
  3. On a plate pour a raw egg. Mold uniform balls, pass them in the egg and breadcrumbs, take the opportunity to mold them right at this point.
  4. Fry in hot oil on both sides, be careful not to burn, fry quickly.
  5. It's great for an aperitif.
