Chicken breast1 kg
Spices of your choice to taste
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Tomato Extract to taste
Okra to taste
Pumpkin to taste
Potato to taste

Season the chicken with your favorite seasonings, add the salt, oil and extract and bring to a boil.
Once cooled, add water and let it cook.
