- Olive Oil/Butter to taste
- Carrot20 g
- Red Pepper20 g
- Bacon30 g
- Chicken Background = Chicken Broth to taste
- Sour Cream50 g
- Mustard40 g
- Curry to taste
- Honey10 g
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cut the chicken fillet making a hole in the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the bacon.
- Stuff the chicken with the carrots and peppers cut into Julienne and the bacon. Close with toothpicks.
- Sear the two sides of the chicken in the butter with olive oil.
- Add the chicken bottom covering more than half of the chicken and let it reduce by half.
- Add the mustard, honey, curry and let it cook a little longer.
- Add the cream and mix.
- Fix salt and pepper.
