- Clean chicken breast500 g
- Bacon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Step by step in the video. Mince garlic, onion and set aside. Then shred the bacon and chicken breast separately. Mix all the ingredients with your hands, season with whatever you want (salt, pepper). I used a hamburger mold, but you can use a jar lid or make the shapes with your own hands. Finally, just fry well and finish with mozzarella. Ready!
