- Salt to taste
- Curry to taste
- Oat Flour1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil to taste
- Cut the chicken into small pieces
- With the help of a food processor, put the chicken pieces to grind, a little at a time until all of it is ground.
- Place the chicken broth tablets in a glass, add a finger of water and microwave for 20 seconds to soften. Still in the glass, mix with the help of a fork and add to the chicken.
- Add the minced garlic, the curry, a couple of pinches of salt and the oatmeal.
- Mix well until you get a very homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil
- With the help of your hands, make small flattened balls and carefully place them in the frying pan.
- Flip after a minute to brown the other side.
