Clean chicken breast fillet600 g
Garlic2 unit(s)
Chimichuri or Black Pepper to taste
Olive oil for grilling2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red or white onion1 unit(s)
Green pepper1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Sweet paprika1 teaspoon

Chop the chicken into medium strips and mix with the crushed garlic
In a deep bowl mix with a spoon the chicken paprika, chimichuri, salt. Leave resting for 5 minutes
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is very hot, throw in the chicken and sear it.
Cover the pan and leave it on medium heat until it starts to dry.
Chop the onion into petals, the tomato and bell pepper into medium cubes.
Sauté the vegetables with the chicken for 5 minutes and serve
