  • Chester Bird with Oil and Herbs 3.5 kg3 kg
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped sage2 tablespoon
  • Thyme2 tablespoon
  • Crushed Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil to taste
  1. Defrost the Ave Chester according to package instructions and remove the giblets.
  2. In a container, have 2 tablespoons of rosemary, sage, thyme and 2 cloves of garlic. Leave to marinate overnight
  3. Next day, bake in a medium oven (220ºC), preheated, for about 2 hours.
  4. Remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes, approximately, to brown.
  5. Lower the heat to 180 degrees and brush again with the herbal oil. Roast for another 1 hour until the skin is nicely browned and the internal core temperature reaches 70 degrees.
  6. Serve and enjoy this wonder!
