  • Leftover roasted and shredded chester300 g
  • Cottage cheese100 g
  • Boiled corn1 cup
  • Whole milk1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped parsley and chives to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  • Tomato sauce1/4 cup
  • Oil1 dessert spoon
  1. In a blender beat the milk with the corn, the cottage cheese and the sauce until you get a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the chester, the blender cream, salt and pepper and mix.
  4. When it starts to boil turn off, add the green seasoning and mix.
  5. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 10 minutes until the cheese is browned.
