- Chicken breast cut into small cubes500 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- grated ginger1/2 teaspoon
- Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
- Lemon juice (1 lemon or less) to taste
- Roasted sesame oil2 tablespoon
- Yellow, green and red peppers1/2 unit(s)
- Sesame of choice1 teaspoon
- Shoyo4 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 teaspoon
- Corn starch (1 tbsp) dissolved in water (1/2 cup tea)1 unit(s)
- Roasted peanuts (optional)50 g
- Chives to taste
- Place in a bowl to marinate for 20 min: chicken, olive oil, salt, black pepper, grated ginger, garlic, lemon juice.
- In a large pan put half of the toasted sesame oil and when it is very hot, put the chicken to sear. Reserve.
- In the same pan, place the remaining toasted sesame oil and add it with the peppers and sesame seeds. Mix a little and return the chicken to the pan.
- Add: soy sauce, sugar, dissolved cornstarch. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until very creamy.
- Finish with the toasted peanuts (optional) and chives.
