Chicken breast cut into cubes1 kg
Red bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
Diced Yellow Pepper1 unit(s)
Diced green pepper1 unit(s)
Soy sauce3 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 cup
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Onions, diced2 unit(s)
Water1 cup
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Peanut to taste
Chives to taste

Coat the already cut chicken in the flour. In a large skillet or pan, brown the chicken in the oil and set aside.
In the same skillet, brown the onion, turn the chicken over and add the peppers.
In a bowl, combine the water, soy sauce and cornstarch and mix with chicken.
Let it cook until the sauce thickens. Finish with peanuts and chives.
