  • chili1 unit(s)
  • soy sauce150 ml
  • corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Coriander0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with black pepper, garlic and a little salt.
  2. Heat the oil, add the seasoned chicken and let all the water dry and start frying.
  3. After golden, add the onion, wait to soften and already put the peppers.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with the soy sauce, drizzle all over the chicken with the softened vegetables.
  5. Wait for it to boil, add the cilantro and after 10 minutes of cooking, turn off the heat.
  6. Note: always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan, as the sauce is very consistent.
  7. Serve it hot!
