  • Chicken400 g
  • Roasted skinless peanuts50 g
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • White onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  • Corn starch1/2 cup
  • Water2 cup
  • Traditional mild shoyu, hondashi, ajinomoto, and sesame oil to taste
  1. Cut the chicken, peppers and onion into cubes
  2. Place the skillet on medium heat add the butter, let it melt, add the chicken, let it fry until it gets a little golden.
  3. Remove the butter, add the peppers, onion and peanuts, mix for 1 minute
  4. Add traditional shoyu, hondashi and ajunomoto to taste, and the water and boil well
  5. Take the corn starch, dissolve it in 1/2 cup of water and add it gradually to thicken the broth, finish with sesame oil to taste.
  6. Tip to serve yourself with rice, or pasta.
