Diced chicken200 g
Yellow bell pepper1/2 cup
Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup
Peanut2 tablespoon
Shoyu100 ml
Corn Starch1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
White rice1 cup
Onion1 unit(s)

Season the diced chicken with salt and black pepper and sauté in the pan
Remove the chicken and set aside in the same pan, add the peppers cut into cubes, and the onion, let it cook well.
Return with chicken and adjust seasonings.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce and cornstarch half a cup of water pour this mixture into the chicken with vegetables and wait for it to reduce
Prepare the white rice and serve with the chicken and finish with peanuts
