Boneless chicken breast1 unit(s)
Tomato2 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese5 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Fresh Basil to taste
Oregano to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon

Split the chest into two parts
Make longitudinal cuts and between the cuts place a slice of tomato. Until you fill all the cuts
Season with salt and brush the oil on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the oven or Air fryer at 200° for 30 minutes.
In the final 10 minutes, remove the foil and place the slices of mozzarella on top, the oregano and basil to taste. Let the oven time to complete and serve immediately.
