  • Coarsely torn iceberg lettuce leaf4 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup
  • Natural unsweetened yogurt100 g
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Squeezed lemon1 dessert spoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Croutons to taste
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  1. Season the chicken with the lemon, paprika, pepper, garlic and salt. Book for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt with salt, olive oil and ground pepper.
  3. On a plate, arrange the lettuce, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, top with the Parmesan and croutons.
  4. In a non-stick skillet heated with olive oil, grill chicken breast and serve on top of the salad.
