  • Chicken breast1/2 kg
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Seasoning Edu Guedes1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour1/2 cup
  • Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Garlic or Leek1 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Clean and cut the chicken into cubes, pat dry with a paper towel before slicing.
  2. Season with paprika, salt and Edu Guedes seasoning or seasonings to your liking. Put the wheat flour in a bowl and dip the chicken cubes in that flour.
  3. Fry in oil or olive oil, over medium low heat. If the frying pan is small, do it little by little in stages.
  4. Book the chicken ready and in the same skillet brown the garlic in the butter and add the chicken, stir and finish with green smell.
  5. Excellent with fresh rice and a salad!
