Buffalo wings with chipotle pepper and habanero

MODO DE PREPARO - MOLHO
 Junte a manteiga, o catchup, o mascavo, a chipotle, a habanero, o vinagre e o molho inglês em um pote e misture até ficar homogêneo. 

PREPARATION METHOD - SAUCE
 Combine the butter, ketchup, brown, chipotle, habanero, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a pot and mix until smooth.

MODO DE PREPARO - FRANGO
 Tempere as asinhas com o alho, o açafrão,  a páprica defumada, o sal e a pimenta preta e deixe na geladeira por 2 horas para pegar o tempero.
 Em forno pré aquecido, coloque as asinhas na forma e pincele óleo, asse até dourar a 250 graus.
 Lembre-se de colocar a pele para cima!

PREPARATION METHOD - CHICKEN
 Season the wings with garlic, saffron, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and leave in the fridge for 2 hours to get the seasoning.
 In a preheated oven, place the wings in the shape and brush with oil, bake until golden at 250 degrees.
 Remember to put the skin up!

Após assar as asinhas, pincele o molho apimentado e pode servir.

After roasting the wings, brush with the hot sauce and serve.

DICA
 Por ser apimentado é legal servir com mandioca assada e cebolinha fresca, como na foto.

TIP
 Because it's spicy, it's nice to serve it with roasted manioc and fresh chives, as in the photo.
