  • Boneless chicken breast, cut into fillets250 g
  • Small Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour1/3 cup
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh sage to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Soybean oil to taste
  1. Season the chicken fillets with the garlic, half of the squeezed lemon, salt, sage and pepper. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Coat the chicken fillets in wheat, dip in the beaten egg and then coat well in the breadcrumbs, press well.
  3. Heat a pan with the oil and fry the chicken fillets. Let drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the fried fillets and serve immediately.
