Soy Sauce1 to taste
Lemon pepper1 to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Milk3 tablespoon
Black pepper1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Paprika1 to taste
Cornmeal1 to taste

Start by seasoning the chicken fillet with salt, lemon pepper, garlic and soy sauce and set aside.
Make a mixture with the egg, milk, pepper, salt and paprika.
Pass the fillet first in the cornmeal, then in the egg mixture and again in the cornmeal.
Fry in hot oil.
You can also replace chicken with fish fillet.
