  • Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Lemon pepper1 dessert spoon
  • Curry1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Wheat flour for dusting to taste
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Clean the thighs well and remove the skin.
  2. Season with garlic, salt, lemon pepper, curry and soy sauce and set aside for 1 hour.
  3. Take the thighs to braise. If they are large, they will need more time to cook inside.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Start the breading by first passing through the wheat flour, beaten egg with a pinch of salt and breadcrumbs.
  6. I like to add a little oregano to the breadcrumbs. It gives it all a special flavor.
  7. After breading, leave about 20 minutes in the freezer to firm the breading.
  8. Light to fry in hot oil.
