  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Wheat flour100 g
  • Corn flour100 g
  • Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Water1 cup
  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the flours and add 1 pinch of salt. Put the water in a bowl.
  3. Dip the chicken strips in the well-breaded flour mixture. Then dip one strip at a time into the bowl of water. Let it drain well and take it to fry in hot oil. Don't worry, the oil won't splash. Let it fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve with your favorite sauce.
