  • Chicken Breast Fillet500 g
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Lightly beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Bread flour2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Clean the chicken fillet well (sassami is best for this recipe) and cut into thin strips. Place the chicken strips on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Then pass the chicken fillet in the beaten eggs and finally in the panko, pressing well so that it sticks to the chicken.
  2. On the stove: Place the butter in a large skillet, and let it get very hot. Place the chicken fillets and brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes on each side. Remove and serve immediately.
  3. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180º for 10 minutes. Place the breaded chicken fillets on a shallow baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes, turn the fillets over and bake for another 10 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve immediately.
