  • 2 eggs2 unit(s)
  • 1 packet of breadcrumbs1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper, garlic with salt and vinegar to taste0 to taste
  1. Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into a fillet.
  2. Pierce the fillets with the knife to enter the seasoning.
  3. Season with pepper, garlic and vinegar to taste.
  4. Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get tastier
  5. Pour the eggs in one dish and the breadcrumbs in another.
  6. Dip the fillets first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
  7. After all that is done, just fry.
