- Chicken breast fillets1 kg
- Box of sour cream2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Ketchup100 g
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
- Cut the chicken fillets into strips, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Reserve.
- Heat a large pan and melt the butter. Allow to cool until wilted.
- Add the chicken and let it cook until golden brown.
- Lower the heat, add the cream, ketchup and mustard. Correct the salt if necessary.
- Serve with rice and potato sticks.
