  1. Debone the thigh with drumstick
  2. Season them to taste and set aside. Note: scrape the equivalent of 1 tablespoon of ginger zest, it will bring a very special touch to your chicken.
  3. Cut the carrot and pepperoni into strips.
  4. Wrap the pepperoni and carrot strips with the already seasoned chicken.
  5. To close them so they don't open, use a toothpick to stuff the chicken.
  6. Take it to a greased shape and cover with aluminum foil, let it bake for 30 minutes at 200°
  7. Then remove the foil and leave for another 20 minutes to brown.
  8. Serve immediately with a watercress salad as an accompaniment.
