- Chicken breast in strips or meat (mignon, rump core, etc.)500 g
- Fresh cream300 ml
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Ketchup4 tablespoon
- Yellow Mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Diced small onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Mushrooms100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Start by sautéing the chicken in butter, when it is lightly golden, add the garlic and onion, sauté until the onion withers.
- Now you lower the heat and add the tomato paste, stir a little and add the fresh cream and Worcestershire sauce.
- Adjust the color and flavor with the ketchup and also the salt, pepper, nutmeg and mushrooms.
- Let it simmer until it reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and finish with the mustard, so that it does not lose its pungency.
