- Dye1 tablespoon
- beer1/2 can(s)
- Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Green Spice to taste
- Blend all seasonings in a blender.
- Mix the beaten ingredients with the beer.
- Spread over the chicken and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 12 hours.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
- For approximately 1 hour. Half the time remove the aluminum foil.
