Meat

Depois de corta a carne refougo ,junto do alho e da cebola 

After cutting the meat, sauté it, along with the garlic and onion.

Depois boto todos temperos ,o sal e deixo cozinhando 

Then I put all the seasonings, the salt and let it cook

Depois que a carne já está cozinhanda , acrescentao o creme de leite a mostarda e o ketchup e misturo tudo e só servir 

After the meat is already cooked, I add the cream, mustard and ketchup and mix everything and just serve.
