  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Mustard to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Champion to taste
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and oil and brown the chicken, little by little, over high heat.
  2. Remove the meat and add the remaining butter.
  3. Fry the onion, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the mushrooms, cover the skillet and leave for a few minutes.
  5. Add mustard and ketchup, mix well. Lower the heat, leave for about 5 minutes, with the skillet covered.
  6. Gently fold in the cream and remove from heat before boiling.
  7. Serve with white rice.
