- Paprika, coriander, salt, oregano, 3 bay leaves1 to taste
- Oil2 teaspoon
- Sausage5 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Peel the vegetables and put them on the fire to cook and add salt to taste, turn off when you find the break point
- Take the sausage cut into small pieces and also put it to cook (in another pan)
- After cooking all the vegetables, remove the excess water
- In a bowl put the chicken, sausage and vegetables
- Add the mayonnaise and cream, add the paprika, oregano, coriander, salt, bay leaf and mix the ingredients carefully so as not to crush the vegetables.
- Place the ingredients on the platter, cut the tomato into slices, add the oil gratin throughout the mixture and place in the oven (the oven must be preheated to 180 degrees for 10min)
- After increase the temperature to 200 degrees and wait 45min
- Serve your family and have a good and enjoyable meal
