  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Large Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mushroom1 can(s)
  • Sun-dried Tomato150 g
  • Fresh or Pasteurized Milk Cream1 can(s)
  • Spinach to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  1. Cut the chicken breast into fillet
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, add the oil and wait until the pan is hot.
  4. Add the chicken fillets
  5. After 3 minutes, turn and add the butter.
  6. Remove the chicken and set aside
  7. In the same skillet, add the finely chopped onion.
  8. After 3 minutes, crush the garlic and add, peel and all.
  9. Add the mushroom and mix well.
  10. Then add the sun-dried tomato, stir well and remove the garlic rind that came loose in the pan.
  11. Add the cream
  12. Stir well and add the chicken fillets until they are submerged.
  13. When it starts to boil, line the entire surface with Spinach.
  14. When the spinach starts to wilt, wait a few more minutes and serve with white rice.
