- Grind the cookies in a blender until crumbly. Melt 2 heaping tablespoons of butter in the microwave and add to this bran. Mix well. In a form, make the first layer of the cookie dough and knead it well with the help of a kneader. Refrigerator... In a pan, pour the condensed milk with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. On low heat, stir until it reaches the cream point. Let it cool down a bit and pour it into the mold. Spread evenly and refrigerate again. Now cut the strawberries the way you want to decorate and set aside. Pour all the dulce de leche with the cream into a pot and stir well with the help of a fouet. Then prepare the gelatin according to the package and pour it into this pot along with the dulce de leche and the cream. If you now want to use a mixer to mix everything is even better. Now take the form from the fridge again, make the second layer of biscuit and pour the dulce de leche topping on top. Go back to the fridge. When it gets firmer, add the strawberries and return to the fridge again.
