  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Cornstarch Biscuit 2 strips340 g
  • Melted butter6 tablespoon
  • Dulce de leche300 g
  • Ripe bananas5 unit(s)
  • lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream type200 g
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. pass the cookie in the blender or multiprocessor until it turns into a crumb
  2. add the melted butter and mix until all the farofa is moistened and smooth.
  3. put the dough on the baking sheet and with your fingers line the whole baking sheet on the back and sides and place it in the freezer (prefer a removable bottom salad bowl but if you don't have any other one. I used one of 22cm x 3cmm)
  4. Beat the dulce de leche on medium speed of an electric mixer to make it creamy.
  5. - remove the dough from the fridge - if you are using a removable bottom tin, this is the time to unmold it very carefully - pour all the dulce de leche inside the dough and put it in the fridge
  6. Peel and cut the bananas into medium slices dripping with lemon drops to prevent the fruit from oxidizing. Reserve.
  7. Whip the whipped cream following the manufacturer's directions.
  8. now place the banana slices over the “dulce de leche pool” and place the whipped cream on top. Finish with cinnamon powder and for those who like it, semisweet chocolate shavings goes very well.
