- Fish oil (pad Thai sauce)50 g
- Rice noodles ( Rice stick ) thick240 g
- Clean shrimp250 g
- Diced Tofu60 g
- Bean sprouts (moyashi)60 g
- Egg100 g
- Shrimp250 g
- Chives50 g
- Chopped Peanuts30 g
- Chopped Onion30 g
- Pinch of salt5 g
- A pita of love to get better!!!1 g
- Put the pan to heat with water. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes, cool and set aside.
- Put the pan to heat with oil. Add the prawns already seasoned with salt and garlic. Just to seal, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onion and saute.
- Add the eggs and stir, add the pasta and fish oil. Stir carefully so as not to break the noodles.
- Add a little water at the bottom. Low fire.
- Add the tofu, chives and prawns. Finish with the bean sprouts, chives and peanuts.
