  • Fish oil (pad Thai sauce)50 g
  • Rice noodles ( Rice stick ) thick240 g
  • Clean shrimp250 g
  • Diced Tofu60 g
  • Bean sprouts (moyashi)60 g
  • Egg100 g
  • Shrimp250 g
  • Chives50 g
  • Chopped Peanuts30 g
  • Chopped Onion30 g
  • Pinch of salt5 g
  • A pita of love to get better!!!1 g
  1. Put the pan to heat with water. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes, cool and set aside.
  2. Put the pan to heat with oil. Add the prawns already seasoned with salt and garlic. Just to seal, remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and saute.
  4. Add the eggs and stir, add the pasta and fish oil. Stir carefully so as not to break the noodles.
  5. Add a little water at the bottom. Low fire.
  6. Add the tofu, chives and prawns. Finish with the bean sprouts, chives and peanuts.
