Tagliatelle with Tuscan sausage ragu

  • Tuscan Sausage5 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Ready-made tomato sauce (so you don't have to work 😉)2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Parsley1 to taste
  1. Put water to heat for the pasta and salt in it.
  2. In another pan: put chopped onion, chopped garlic in a drizzle of oil. sauté
  3. Take the sausage and remove all the meat from inside it and put it together with the onion to sauté.
  4. Heated water: put the macaroni and leave aldente (eat one and see if there is a white dot in the middle) turn off and drain by cooling in cold water so as not to pass the point. Reserve!
  5. Add the sauce to the sausage and let it simmer. Finish with parsley and adjust the salt.
