  • Noodles for Raw Yakisoba200 g
  • Shimeji300 g
  • Shoyu150 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Chives1 to taste
  1. In the pan put the onion in strips (Julienne). Let it brown and add the garlic. Now the shimeji.
  2. Let his own water start to dry and add the shoyu. If necessary, adjust with salt. Add some chives. Disconnect
  3. Put the pasta in hot water and let it double in volume. Take a test of eating one and see if there is a white dot in the middle.
  4. In another pan put the noodles in an eye thread, add shoyu for color. Mix, put the mushroom and stir carefully. Help yourself!!
