  • Sausage400 g
  • Tuscan Sausage200 g
  • Pasta screw or pene or spaghetti500 g
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Chopped Garlic10 g
  • Oil1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. Put water to boil.
  2. Remove all the meat from the sausage (poach) place it in a deep pan to fry in a trickle of oil, add onion, garlic and oregano.
  3. Cut the sausages into half moons. Reserve
  4. Put the homemade ready-to-go tomato sauce in the pan that has the tongue already ready and let it boil. Add the sausage.
  5. Cook the pasta, drain and throw it in the pan with the sauce. Stir and serve
