  • Large zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef sautĂ©ed with garlic and onion1 cup
  • Cooked corn1/4 cup
  • Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  1. Mix ground beef with corn and set aside.
  2. Cut the zucchini into wide slices of about 8 cm and remove the core of each one with the help of a spoon, taking care not to remove the bottom that will hold the stuffing.
  3. Stuff each slice of zucchini with the ground meat and top with the grated cheese.
  4. Place the tomato sauce on a platter that can go in the oven and arrange the pieces of zucchini.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 15-20 minutes.
