  • Tomato pelattio1 can(s)
  • Bacon100 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Broccoli to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and take it to the hot pan to fry with a little olive oil. When it has squeaky and crispy, remove it from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the bacon fat itself, fry the cubed meat seasoned with salt and pepper. When done, add the onion and garlic and let it sauté.
  3. Add the broccoli. I used a serving of about 300g, which is what I had. Also add the pelattio tomato and adjust the salt.
  4. When it starts to boil, add the already cooked rice. Remembering that I made this recipe to enjoy and give a makeover to the rice left over from the previous day, that is, you don't have to leave it for a long time after that. Add basil leaves and you're done.
  5. You can toss the bacon back into the pan, or sprinkle it over the top after placing it on the plate. It's a delight!
