Large onion, sliced1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
2 heads of garlic2 unit(s)
Mayonnaise4 teaspoon
Water1/2 cup

Season and fry the steak to your liking in a skillet.
Afterwards, store the steaks on a platter.
In the same pan as the steaks, brown the chopped onion in slices, add the garlic, then add the water.
Let it cook for a while until the onion softens.
Once this is done, add the mayonnaise and let it thicken.
Add the cream with the onions on top of the steaks and it's ready.
