- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Dry red wine1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Boiling water (until the meat is covered)3 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Chop and fry the onion, pepper, garlic
- Add the palette cut into cubes (in the size you prefer) let all the meat seal for 5 minutes, add the paprika, black pepper, oregano, salt, bay leaf and green smell.
- Add half a cup of dry red wine and let it evaporate for about 5 minutes.
