  • Cooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti300 g
  • Soft coxĂŁo cut into strips200 g
  • Dry Funghi hydrated in warm water for 30 minutes30 g
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Dry red wine1/3 cup
  • Ricotta Cream4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • How much water for mushroom hydration to taste
  1. In a very hot skillet with oil, grill the meat seasoned with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add more oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
  4. Return the meat to the pan and add the already chopped funghi along with a little of its hydration water.
  5. Add the ricotta cream and mix. Add more funghi water to bring the sauce to your preferred consistency, cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
  6. Then serve with cooked whole-wheat spaghetti.
