  • Chicken fillet in small cubes1 kg
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Slice of Mozzarella1 unit(s)
  • Pot of cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  1. Put the cream cheese, milk, mozzarella, sour cream and salt in the blender, beat everything, if it gets too thick the sauce can add a little more milk. Reserve.
  2. Season the chicken as you prefer and cook, when ready, add the white sauce inside the cooked chicken and mix well.
  3. Bring to the boil again and cook for another 5 minutes, do not stop stirring because otherwise the sauce will curdle.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve with white rice and potato straw.
