  • Lentil1 cup
  • Water4 cup
  • Large minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped green smell1/2 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Brown rice flour1/2 cup
  • Oat bran1/2 cup
  1. Cook the lentil.
  2. Place the lentils, along with 4 cups of water in the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat until pressure is reached.
  3. Then lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and place in a bowl.
  5. Add the garlic, onion, green smell, olive oil, salt, season with cumin to taste and mix.
  6. Add the oat bran and brown rice flour little by little, until you get the point of modeling.
  7. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and apply a drizzle of oil to your hands.
  8. Model the hamburgers.
  9. Place the burgers in a greased shape and take it to the freezer for 1 hour.
  10. Remove carefully, fry in a non-stick frying pan with the oil thread, and turn when it's golden brown.
  11. Or bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C, but watch until golden.
  12. Is ready.
