  • cumin powder1 teaspoon
  • salt2 teaspoon
  • olive oil2 tablespoon
  • boiled spinach1/2 cup
  • small carrot1 unit(s)
  • small zucchini (without the core)1 unit(s)
  • small onion1 unit(s)
  • pumpkin puree1 cup
  • Wheat for hydrated kibbeh250 g
  1. Process the onion with the oil and seasonings until it forms a paste.
  2. Mix with the pumpkin puree and add the grated zucchini and carrots, as well as the chopped spinach and mint.
  3. Place your mixture on a tray greased with olive oil and bake in an oven at medium temperature (180°) for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
  4. Note: this recipe yielded 2 platters of approximately 20 cm and the other one I froze for 2 weeks
